Meditation offers a simple and effective way to enhance your mind, and to improve and maintain your mental performance. Correct practice contributes to concentration, the ability to relax, peak performance and mental well-being.

In The Practice of Meditation -course, you will learn skills for deep relaxation, as well as silencing and focusing your mind. Practice also promotes good health by reducing stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, and other common problems related to mental well-being.

This course is designed to provide participants with all necessary tools for independent meditation practice. The course consists of two weekends, of which you can participate in one or both. You will be taught the skills and the methods to compose your own training regimen that is best suited for your own needs. For more advanced participants, the course offers skills, focus and direction for advanced daily meditation training.

 

The course is open to everyone interested in meditation, from fresh beginners to seasoned practitioners.
